Coaches Course

A USPA Coaches Course will be held January 18-20. You must possess a SIM (E-version is fine) and USPA IRM that is current within the past 2 years (You must possess a 2011/2012 IRM). It will help if you plan NOW to participate in an FJC led by an AFFI, and teach one module of the FJC overseen by an AFFI. A laptop or tablet is helpful for notes, e-SIM, and the training materials I will be providing to you.

Course cost is 200.00 and will be taught by Douglas Spotted Eagle.

Military discount on Student Skydiving in October

Skydive Hawaii® will hold special group Freefall School classes on Friday evenings during October 2012. A $250 discount from the $1,400 course price will be given to class participants with a valid US military ID. Class size is limited and will begin at 6:00PM. A $50 deposit is required to hold a space in the class. To make reservations contact onlinesupport@skydivehawaii.com and let them know in which Friday class you'd like to enroll.

Get your photos/video on a thumb drive - $5

Our mixing staff will put your video and or photos on a Skydive Hawaii 2GB thumb drive for an additional $5, just let the video editing staff know after your skydive. Placing your video on a thumb drive will make up loading to social media and your computer easier. Videos will routinely be placed on a DVD.

Birds Over Hawaii with multi-plane formations, beach landings at Waimea Beach, and some all-around awesomeness. The last two wingsuit events have been terrific; this one will be spectacular.
We'll be doing a G.L.O.W. event with the Gorgeous Ladies of Wingsuiting, too!
We'll start on Friday, but DSE and some of the Skydive Elsinore Wingsuit School crew will be on-site prior to the event for coaching and fun.

45.00 registration fee gets you Tshirt, Sat night luau dinner, and organizing all weekend!
Hawaii in November/December...doesn't get any better!!

N248PA Blessing Ceremony

A Blessing Ceremony will be held for the XP42A Engine Upgrade on N248PA on April 28th beginning at 6PM. Butch Helemano will provide the Hawaiian blessing. The engine upgrade is another demonstration of Skydive Hawaii's commitment to providing Hawaii with quality jump aircraft through our partnership with Pofolk Aviation Hawaii. Blackhawk Modifications Inc. of Waco, TX supervised the installation of the new Pratt and Whitney power plant with increased horsepower. Full luau dinner will be served and hula will complement the ceremony.

'Saint' Patrick De Gayardon's Day - 4/13/2012

2012 Safety Day Award

Clarence T. Lopez, Jr was awarded the USPA Chesley. H. Judy Safety Award for 2012. Clarence has provided his service to Skydive Hawaii by being our S&TA for many years and teaching many of our first jump cources. Congratulations and mahalo Clarence.

Damon Tucker and Mike Zagorski went on the ride of their lives on December 10, 2011 setting a Hawaii tandem altitude record in the process. They took tandem skydiving in Hawaii to a new level, or rather a new height.

21,000 feet equals about 4 miles up and the temperature up at 21,000' was 27 degrees below zero!

New TFR restricts skydiving on Saturday, November 19, 2011 after 11:45AM. POTUS needs to refuel AF1 on his way back to DC. That means no skydiving after 11:45AM until 3:00PM.
